Hannah Hankins, LPC-A

Supervised by Gayla Jacobs, LPC-S

Hannah works with adults of all ages, addressing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. She blends an existential approach with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to support clients in exploring well-being within an authentic, collaborative relationship. Her goal is to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, empowered, and seen. She has training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety. She also uses mindfulness, values exploration, and self-compassion to help clients rediscover purpose.
