Hannah enjoys working with adults of all ages and older adolescents, addressing trauma, chronic illness, grief, anxiety, and depression. She uses an existential and relational-cultural approach to explore all aspects of well-being within an authentic relationship. Her primary goal is to create a space where clients feel safe and empowered in therapy. Hannah employs interventions such as mindfulness, values exploration, and attention to growth-fostering relationships to help clients navigate the complex challenges of life.
